ASTRID wishes to replace the integrated Tetra radio service on its CAD workstations due to the lack of synchronization between the evolution of the life cycle of the individual components and that of the ASTRID integrated end-to-end solution.

This TETRA radio service consists of radio client software on the CAD station that interacts with the Airbus TETRA radio system. The CAD operator can, in this way, take part in the communications (voice and data) passing through the TETRA radio communication means of agents in the field to whom an incident has been assigned.

The new radio client software must interface the CAD dispatching applications (I / Dispatcher from Intergraph / Hexagon and C&D from CityGIS) and the TETRA radio system from Airbus using open and standard interfaces.

Le présent marché comprend les postes suivants:

— poste 1: Middleware et POC (Proof of Concept) pour le système d’enregistrement des communications de la prochaine génération;

— poste 2: déploiement pour l’ensemble des sites;

— poste 3: Redéveloppement du I/Radio actuel de la marque Intergraph (option exigée);

— poste 4: développement sur mesure d’un client radio plus sophistiqué pour utilisation avec le logiciel I/Dispatcher d’Intergraph et C&D de CityGIS (option exigée);

— poste 5: maintenance de la solution.

La protection des données à caractère personnel collectées et traitées dans le cadre du présent avis de marché doit être strictement garantie au sens du règlement général de protection des données (règlement UE 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27.4.2016) par les différentes parties.
