⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOYA Takashi, Director General of Fisheries Agency
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 77
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Ship (HAKURYU-MARU) Intermediate inspection No. 2 and Repair services 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 30 August, 2022 through 6 October, 2022
⑸ Fulfillment place : Dockyard near (about 1,030 N.M.) the Mother Port of HAKURYU-MARU (OTARU Port)
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑤ have the dock of condition that a Vessel can be repaired and it is vacant.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 2 : 00 P.M., 27 JuIy, 2022 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 26 July, 2022)
