⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person Under Conservatorship or person Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ not be currently under suspension of nomination by Director-General, West Japan Civil Aviation Bureau.
④ have Grade A of "Construction Consultant" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2021/2022
⑤ have proven to have actually constructed and have the ability to construct the buildings concerned or the buildings with similar to that of the buildings concerned.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification by electronic procurement system : 14 : 00 July 1, 2022
⑼ Time-limit for the submission of tenders by electronic procurement system : 17 : 00 August 3, 2022 (tenders brought along with : 10 : 00 August 4, 2022)
