⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OSAKA Eriko, Director General of The National Art Center, Tokyo
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Natural Gas to be consumed at The National Art Center, Tokyo. Estimated consumption 2,967,000㎥
⑷ Delivery period : From 1, September, 2022 through 31, August, 2025 (36 months)
⑸ Delivery place : The National Art Center, Tokyo
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for The National Art Center, Tokyo,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2022 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
D be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act,
E meet the qualification requirements which Director General of The National Art Center, Tokyo may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Director General of The National Art Center, Tokyo
