(6) Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures: Suppliers
eligible for participating in tenders are those who shall;
1) not have had a judgment of incompetency made against them.
2) not have declared bankruptcy and are still unable to be reinstated.
3) not fall under any of the conditions listed in item 3 (3) ｱ - ｻ of the tender
documentation in the past three years.
4) not have their company financial condition been deemed remarkably unsound.
5) not belong to a crime syndicate or have relations with anyone who does.
6) have not had suppliers' qualification suspended, according to Tokyo Metro
Co., Ltd's supplier qualification regulations, between 2:00 PM July 1, 2022
JST and the period of the tender.
7) not be defaulting on national or local taxes.
8) be a supplier in either Japan, the European Union or the United Kingdom.
9) comply with other details requirements in the tender documentation.
