⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
[1] not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
[2] It is certified as "A" grade for participation in the construction types "Civilworks" or "Building works" of the Ministry of the Environment in 2021and 2022.
