Tenders are sought for the Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of a Complete Encapsulator System for Microencapsulation for Food Purposes for the University of Limerick, Department of Biological Sciences. The microencapsulator will be used for food purposes, enabling the entrapment of bioactive compounds from food sources in edible microcapsules. The bioactive-loaded microcapsules will be then used to produce food models and further tested using different approaches.
