Tenders are invited from suitably qualified works contractors for the refurbishment of an existing single storey annex building for use as a Special Educational Needs Classroom (circa 111sm). The works generally comprise of demolishing existing internal walls and ceilings, drylining, new stud partitions, new ceiling finishes, new floor finishes, new wall finishes, new doors, new windows and associated external site works (ramps and soft play area).
