The SFPA is seeking the provision, installation and configuration of a new integrated Learning Management System and a Performance and Goal Management Solution (ePMDS) for the Sea-Fisheries Protection Authority, including the migration of historical records in excel format and the maintenance, training and all associated support services for the system. There is also a requirement for provision of eLearning content via a library of off-the-shelf content.

The SFPA is seeking a single Solution for a Learning Management System and Goal and Performance Management and Tenderers should confirm that the components will operate together in order to provide a complete integrated solution.
