In addition to the reconstruction of the Kumamoto City Mt. Kinbo Youth Nature
Camp's facilities, the project includes the planning, construction, maintenance, and
operation of the facilities d on the law (1999 Law No. 117) regarding the
improvement of public facilities through the use of private funding.
