MTU has a requirement for refurbishment to B170 in the Main Building at MTU Bishopstown Campus, summarised as follows:
- Full Strip out of B170.
- Fit out of 1 x Computer Lab that capters for 20x Students including the provision of all joinery.
- Upgrade of existing Electrical Services within this space.
- Upgrade existing AV services.
- Allow for the required Fire Stopping.
- Supply new joinery and casework documented for this space.
