The service required includes but is not limited to:
Monitor print, radio, television, online news and social media d on a brief of fixed and
evolving search terms.
The anticipated performance period is September 16, 2022, through September 15, 2023, with
two option years, should the Government decide to exercise options.
All firms that respond to the solicitation must be technically qualified and financially responsible
to perform the work.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced
technically acceptable offeror d on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract
will be a firm fixed price type contract.
For a quotation or tender to be valid all contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for
Award Management) Data https://www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotes pursuant to
FAR provision 52.204-7.  Therefore, prospective offerors must register prior to the submittal of
quotations/proposals.
