Summary
(1) Nature of the services to be procured:
Construction of the information system platform, and lease and
maintenance of equipment for the above-mentioned platform: One set
(2) Contract fulfillment period:
From the date of the contract through 31 March 2029
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 17 May 2022 through 24
May 2022 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m., 2 June 2022
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 10 June 2022.
(5) Date, time and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:00 a.m. on 28 June 2022 at the Bidding Room of the third floor of
the Gifu Prefectural Think Tank Building.
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m., 27 June 2022.)
