⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KAWAHARA Yusuke, Counsellor for Budget and Accounting, Nuclear Regulation Authority.

⑷ Delivery period : March 31, 2023
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender manual
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
④ Have Grade B, C or D in the "Manufacture of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
⑤ Promise to obey the pledge on gang exclusion which is shown in the tender manual.
⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 14 : 30, June 13, 2022
