⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryouji Tsuzaki, Director of the General Coordination Department, Kanagawa Labour Bureau.
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 23
⑶ Nature and quantity of services to be required : Purchase and a move of fixtures
⑷ Delivery period : From a Contract day to 11 October 2022
⑸ Delivery place : Refering instruction for the proposed tender
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1 .not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
2 .not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
3 .have Grade A, B or C on "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which is single qualification for every ministry and agency, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
4 .prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
5 .prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
6 .Those who are covered by Social Insurance and are not delinquent on Social Insurance premium.
7 .meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
