⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Supplierseligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistancethat obtained the consent necessary for concludinga contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the saidclause,
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Chugoku Region,
④ meet the qualification requirementswhich the Obligating Officer may specify,
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 3 : 00 PM 1, August, 2022
