① Development of software for advanced key relay, control and management functions of quantum cryptographic network, 1 set
② Extension of Network Simulator for Information-Attribute Centric Routing, 1 set
③ Improvement and evaluation of software of highly distributed systems for quantum cryptographic communication network by improving subsystems for highly distributed key relay systems and for multi-terminal secret data communication systems, 1 set

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Manufacturers or Retailers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
(a) Not come under Article 3 and 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NICT
(b) Have been qualified through the qualifications for participating in tenders by NICT, or through Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
(c) Not be suspended from transaction by the request of NICT, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications or all other prefectures. Within the suspended term by those above, only the term exceeding the suspended term by the request of NICT is not included
(d) Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system
