⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tadayuki Mizuno, Director of Child Allowance Administration Office, Children And Child-Rearing Administration, Cabinet Office
⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27
⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : "System design and development for Operation Support System for report related to Children and Child-Rearing Support System for migrate to the Second Period Government Shared Platform and system operative maintenance." 1 set
⑷ Fulfillment period : From Date of contract conclusion to 31 March, 2023
⑸ Fulfillment place : According to the bid explanation form
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the Consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A or B "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ not during the period being suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents
⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00, AM 27 July 2022 (tenders submitted by mail until 26 July 2022)
