⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MIZUSHIMA Satoru Vice President of Japan Railway Construction, Transport and Technology Agency (hereinafter called JRTT)
⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 7
⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Depend on the tender document
⑷ Delivery period : Depend on the tender document
⑸ Delivery place : Depend on the tender document
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 4 and Article 5 of the regulation concerning the contract for JRTT,
② have been qualified as possessing the qualification of "sales of products" by single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024 (The Grade and Area does not matter.).
③ not have been suspended from designation by JRTT or country
④ not be the business operators that a Gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from JRTT is continuing state concerned.
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 16 : 00 12 July, 2022
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 28 July, 2022
